Robb Massey

Winnipeg’s transit system in three words: “Effective, accessible and affordable.”

Gives current transit system a letter grade of B.

Transit is a priority because many families rely on it to get to work, school, appointments and transporting children to daycare.

A transit system that serves our neighbourhoods has spin off effects of supporting small businesses, improving the health of people in a community and it connects a city together.

Safety: The number one factor contributing to safety issues is that transit is considered second class transportation.

Safety: Supports use of police to address the perception that transit is unsafe.

Wants to ensure that we do have an effective and affordable transit system in this challenging financial climate.
